Our gaze

AMC emerged from a way of observing how the forest changes through its blooms.

ANTONIETA

Antonieta arrived in El Cabrito in 2021, drawn by the forests of southern Chile and the quiet relationship between landscape, blooming, and time.

It was there that she discovered in bees a living architecture based on cycles, collaboration, and natural balance.

That observation gave rise to AMC: a quest to preserve the botanical character, terroir, and temporality of each harvest, understanding honey as a sensitive expression of the forest.

THE ORIGIN OF THE NAME

Antonieta means "beautiful as a brave flower," an idea that brings together sensitivity, character, and nature.

Raw Honey defines the essence of the project: honey without pasteurization or aggressive thermal intervention, which preserves the original nectar profile and the natural work of the bees intact.

More than a method, AMC understands raw honey as a way to preserve the properties, qualities, and living expression of the forest.

THE ENERGY OF NECTAR

Each bloom expresses a distinct character of the territory.

The climate, humidity, rhythm of the seasons, and botanical profile of each tree influence the sensory experience of the nectar: its intensity, texture, and persistence.

From this observation, AMC proposes a personal interpretation of each honey, relating its different botanical profiles to states of movement, pause, or contemplation present in everyday experience.

Thus, the three energies that identify our nectars are born: Kinetic, Potential, and Internal.

Las Energías AMC

Logo

AMC interpreta sus mieles a través de tres estados inspirados en la relación entre territorio, cuerpo y experiencia sensorial. No como categorías rígidas, sino como una manera de observar distintos ritmos presentes en la naturaleza y la vida cotidiana.

POTENTIAL ENERGY

TINEO

Mid-season Bloom · OCT - NOV
Tineo has a deeper, more herbal profile, associated with states of pause and concentration.
Inspired by the idea of potential energy, the energy that remains contained before manifesting, AMC interprets this nectar as an expression of stability, observation, and presence.
Its herbaceous intensity and persistence accompany moments of contemplation and quietude.
KINETIC ENERGY

TIACA

Early Flowering · DEC - JAN
Tiaca has a fresher and more floral profile, associated with movement and daily activity.
Inspired by the idea of kinetic energy, the energy linked to displacement and action, AMC interprets this nectar as an expression of vitality, clarity, and dynamism.
Its bright character and intense sweetness accompany moments of work, movement, and creation.
INTERNAL ENERGY

ULMO

Late Bloom · FEB - APR
Ulmo has a denser, more enveloping profile, associated with states of repair and internal balance.
Inspired by the idea of internal energy, the energy that sustains the composition of a system, AMC interprets this nectar as an expression of depth, nourishment, and continuity.
Its silky texture and floral persistence accompany moments of rest and restoration.
