El Cabrito is a protected area located in the Los Lagos Region, in southern Chile, surrounded by native forests and endemic species.

THE BLOOMS
In this territory, bees collect nectar from trees such as ulmo, tiaca, and tineo, giving rise to honeys with distinct botanical and sensory profiles.
Each flowering occurs at different times of the season, determining the hue, intensity, and character of each harvest.
THE HARVEST
Each harvest follows the natural rhythm of the blooms and the silent work of the bees.
Our honey is extracted and handled with minimal processing, avoiding temperatures above 35°C, the natural temperature of the hive, to preserve the original character of the nectar.
Without pasteurization or industrial intervention, each production retains the unique characteristics and variations of its origin, season, and terroir.
